Working alongside experienced property professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience gradually taking on your own responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence grows in the following areas. • Conducting property viewings and presenting properties professionally. • Building relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants. • Handling enquiries and delivering excellent customer service. • Matching applicants with suitable properties. • Assisting with property marketing. • General administration • Generating and following up new business opportunities. • Inspecting occupied properties • Supporting negotiations and progressing lets through to completion. • Understanding the legal, regulatory and administrative aspects of lettings. • Developing your knowledge of the local property market. • Developing your sales, communication and negotiation skills. Who We're Looking For Attitude and potential matter more than previous property experience! You could be a recent school or college leaver, graduate or someone looking to start a new career. What matters is that you're professional, motivated and genuinely interested in building a future in property. We're looking for someone who is: • Bright, friendly, confident and comfortable dealing with people. • A strong communicator with good customer service skills. • Professional and positive in their approach. • Well presented • Comfortable speaking to customers and not afraid to pick up the phone! • Reliable, organised and motivated. • Keen to learn and develop. • Ambitious about building a long-term career in property. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. • Committed to completing both the practical training and Level 3 qualification. Minimum Requirements • Aged 18 or over. • Minimum Grade 5 in GCSE English and Maths. • Minimum 112 UCAS Tariff points or an equivalent Level 3 qualification. • Full UK driving licence. • Must be a car owner/driver (fuel paid) • Live within approximately 30 minutes of EN2. • Genuine interest in building a career in property. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Willing to work Saturdays, with a day off mid week Why Join Us?
