Supplefeet Ltd – Enfield Town | £32,000 FTE, pro rata | Subject To Experience Supplefeet, the family footcare clinic in Enfield Town, is looking for an experienced and confident Practice Manager to help lead the day-to-day running of the clinic and support the next stage of the business’s growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organising people, improving systems and making things run smoothly. You will work closely with the Director and will have the opportunity to make a real difference to how the practice operates, how the team works together and how patients experience the clinic. The role would suit someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident managing a small team. Experience in healthcare, dentistry, veterinary, optical, beauty, wellness or another professional practice would be helpful, but we are also open to candidates from other sectors with strong management experience. What the role involves: * Managing the day-to-day running of the practice * Supporting and leading the reception and administrative team * Organising staff rotas and helping the practice run efficiently * Reviewing systems and processes to improve how things work * Helping to improve the patient journey and diary management * Supporting marketing, social media and promotion of services * Monitoring costs, performance and key business figures * Identifying opportunities to grow patient numbers and income * Helping create a positive, professional and well-organised working environment We are looking for someone who is: * An experienced and confident manager * Highly organised and able to take ownership * A good communicator who can bring a team together * Proactive and practical * Comfortable with targets, figures and business growth * Confident using digital systems and social media * Positive, professional and solutions-focused Hours & Salary This is a part-time role, either 3 or 4 days per week for the right person. Salary is £32,000 FTE, pro rata, depending on experience. Some occasional late evenings or weekend work may be required. There is also scope for the role, responsibilities and remuneration to develop as the practice grows.
