Supplefeet Ltd – Enfield Town 3–4 days per week | £32,000 FTE, pro rata This is a hands-on management role with an opportunity to help shape the future growth of the business. Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day management of the practice. * Provide guidance, leadership and support to the reception and administrative team. * Take responsibility for the smooth running of the practice, including staff organisation, rotas and operational problem-solving. * Effectively manage all procurement needs, particularly stock control and supplier negotiation. * Continually review systems and processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. * Manage and develop our social media and marketing activity, working towards specific KPIs set for the role. * Follow and review the patient journey, identifying opportunities for improvement, with a particular focus on diary utilisation. * Identify opportunities to grow the practice by increasing patient numbers, improving patient retention and increasing practice income, while remaining mindful of costs. * Support the development and promotion of new services. * Provide data and tools to monitor costs, performance and key business figures. * Create a positive, professional and well-organised working environment, working closely with the Director to embed a positive and engaging workplace culture. The Person We are looking for someone who is: * An experienced and confident manager. * Highly organised and able to take ownership. * A strong people manager who can bring a team together. * Commercially aware and comfortable working with targets, KPIs and figures. * Confident with social media and digital systems. * Able to identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase income. * Proactive - someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done. Experience in healthcare, dentistry, veterinary, optical or another professional practice would be advantageous, but candidates with strong management and commercial experience from other sectors will also be considered. Salary & Hours £32,000 FTE, pro rata 3 days: approximately £19,200 per annum 4 days: approximately £25,600 per annum We are flexible about whether this is a three or four-day position for the right candidate. Late evenings and weekend shifts may be required on occasion as part of the role. There is scope for the role, responsibilities and remuneration to develop as the practice grows.
