We're recruiting for a brand-new Distribution Centre Assistant role to join our growing Retail team. As a Distribution Centre Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting North London Hospice Retail operations, working alongside the General Manager to help oversee day-to-day logistics and distribution activities. You'll help ensure efficient stock flow, support our charity shops with the right stock at the right time, and maintain high standards of health and safety across the distribution environment. You'll also work closely with volunteers, helping to create a positive and inclusive experience while supporting sustainable practices and continuous improvements across our processes. This is a key operational role that will contribute to the smooth running of our retail network, supporting our shops and central teams to achieve their goals.
