We're recruiting for three Assistant Shop Managers to join our charity retail team across North London – two full-time positions and one part-time position (3 days per week). As an Assistant Shop Manager, you'll support the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running and growth of one of our North London Hospice charity shops. You'll play a key role in driving donations, increasing sales, and creating a welcoming experience for customers, staff, and volunteers. You'll also help lead a dedicated team of volunteers, support effective merchandising and pricing, promote Gift Aid, and build strong links with the local community.
