We're recruiting for three Shop Managers to join our charity retail team across North London. As a Shop Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day running and growth of one of our North London Hospice charity shops. You'll help maximise donations, drive sales, and create a welcoming experience for customers, staff, and volunteers. You'll also lead a small team, including an Assistant Manager and a dedicated group of volunteers, ensuring the shop achieves its financial and operational goals while supporting the vital work of North London Hospice.
