Salary: Actual Salary Range: £19,488 pa inc (Scale 2) - £20,045 pa inc (Scale 3) - dependant on qualifications and proven skills and ability This is an exciting time to be joining our school as we build and shape it for the future. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Targeted SEND Support & Interventions: Deliver pre-determined learning, therapy, and medical/intimate care programmes for individuals or small groups, adapting approaches to ensure pupils with special needs can fully access the curriculum and build independence. Curriculum & Planning Collaboration: Support the class teacher to plan differentiated activities, prepare resources, and help develop tailored group or individual learning programmes. Pastoral Care & Safeguarding: Support children's emotional and physical wellbeing - including lunchtime supervision, basic medical and personal care needs, and managing distress - while strictly adhering to school policies, health and safety laws, and safeguarding protocols (reporting to the DSL). Professionalism & Teamwork: Act as a flexible, reliable role model within the school community by attending staff meetings, assisting with school events, and building sensitive, confidential relationships with parents.
