Role Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our dedicated team in the Winchmore Hill area. Based at our office in Firs Farm Community Hub, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality home care services while supporting and guiding care staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about person-centred care and ready to take the next step in their career.
