Role Summary We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Part-Time and Full-Time Carers to join our team. Based in Winchmore Hill (N21), this role is essential in supporting our mission to provide high-quality, person-centred care that empowers clients to live independently with dignity. This role requires availability to work a combination of morning and evening shifts, including every other weekend. Key Responsibilities • Provide personalised care and support to clients in their own homes, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety. • Follow and contribute to tailored care plans that meet individual needs. • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication support. • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. • Accurately record care activities and report any changes in clients’ conditions. • Promote independence and enhance quality of life for all clients. • Comply with all health & safety regulations and company policies. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in home care or a related care setting. • Must live within a 20-minute commute of Winchmore Hill (N21). • A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential. • Willingness to travel between client locations. • Good communication skills . • A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature. • Ability to follow detailed care plans. • Understanding of health and safety standards within care. • Experience working in a care agency is desirable.
