The job The job is primarily to support the lettings team by registering potential tenants/buyers, conducting viewings on properties and ultimately helping people to find their dream home. You will need - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A friendly, approachable attitude and a team player mentality - Driven and proactive with a passion for helping people - Full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle - Good knowledge of the local area (N14 & surrounding) Key responsibilities - Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties - Provide expert advice on the local property market - Organize property viewings and negotiate offers - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Manage property listings and marketing efforts - Ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process The Reward On top of your basic salary you will have fantastic opportunities to earn bonus’s on sales and lettings. We pay car allowance, towards your fuel costs and parking. You must be available to work Monday – Friday, have your own car and work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
