Directing 1,000s of people around Enfield is a big task, so we need your help! The Nightingale Night Hike is a sponsored walk around Enfield which sees nearly 1,500 people walking 5K, 10K or 15K to raise money to provide free cancer support services to the people in our community. The Night Hike starts at the Enfield Civic Centre at 6pm on Friday 15th May and the route goes all throughout the borough. Whether you can spare a couple of hours or the whole evening we need volunteer support with - Setting up the event - Helping on a tea/merchandise stand - Directing walkers along the route - Cheering walkers on at the finish line - Giving our finisher medals - Packing up the event - AND MUCH MORE! So we need a lot of help at the start and end of the walk at the Enfield Civic Centre, all around the route to help direct Night Hikers and hand our refreshments. This is perfect if you don't want to walk the Night Hike, but still want to be involved in our biggest event of the year.
