Salary: MGL Salary Scale 7-12- £34,470 - £45,479 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting (pro rata £17,235 - £22,739.50 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting). Contract: 2 posts available 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (1 FTE) 17.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (0.5 FTE) Primary Location: The post will based at our Southgate site although the post holder will be required to work at the other main College sites We are in the talent-finding and talent-development business. Some of our students have a range of complex physical, sensory and learning needs with huge capacity and eagerness to learn and develop their skills and fulfil their ambitions. Successful candidate will join our inspirational and creative team in our Supported Learning Centre at our Southgate Campus. Experience of working with young people with severe and moderate learning difficulties is desirable but we welcome applications from teachers who wish to develop their skills in SEND. Applications from newly qualified teachers will be welcome. We have a full time and a part time post available. We are keen to recruit highly passionate teachers with specialisms that could support our developing and evolving curriculum offer for young people. A desire to work with young people with a range of SEND needs is essential.
