IT Support Engineer (North London) £22,000 - £35,000 Hybrid work in North London, N14 Permanent Full-Time Join our small but great IT company in Enfield as an IT Support Engineer 1st/2nd Line. THE ROLE: Your day to day work, alongside being a tech hero, will include supporting clients across a range of technologies to assist with troubleshooting, change requests, system builds, routine maintenance and monitoring client’s networks. - Development of client’s network services - Undertaking small-scale project work - Assisting Team members on larger IT projects - Building, servicing and repairing client devices on the workbench - Quoting for clients - Liaising with clients and colleagues - Identifying opportunities for growth KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Previous IT support experience (ideally in an MSP) desirable not essential - Excellent customer service skills - Keen to continue learning - Car ownership useful for occasionally travel to sites SALARY & BENEFITS: - £22,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience - Flexible home and office hybrid working - Career development and training - Company Pension - Exposure to a wide range of technologies and clients - Fast-paced learning environment.
