10:30 — noon - Sunday, 27 September 2026
Venue: Forty Hall
Forty Hill,
London,
EN2 9HA,
England,
Writing for wellbeing is a unique blend of creative, reflective and expressive writing and poetry therapy techniques. Participants will focus on the process, rather than the pressure of crafting a finished piece.
No specialist experience needed, just pen, paper and a spirit of curiosity.
Roshni will combine Nature and writing to take you on a 'virtual' trail, using printed images and other media, as reflective prompts or 'stops.'
You will be invited to share your writing process and/or extracts of your writing, if you wish to do so, in a supported small group
Please bring;
• Paper or notebook
• Pen or pencil
• A small article from Nature to use in one of the writing exercises e.g. a stone, flower, leaf.
