The Cultural History of Enfield: Lecture (Enfield Poets Literary Festival)

After the riveting lecture ‘Fascinating Florence’ in 2025, M. Anne is back for another Literary Festival with us. She will speak about the beauty of the countryside around Enfield, the literature it has inspired over the centuries and begin to explore the impact of compulsory elementary education in encouraging reading and appreciation of nature. The Enfield Poets Literary Festival is a celebration of words, voices and creativity in our community, bringing together established and emerging writers for readings, workshops, discussions and more.
