Join poet and spoken word artist Courtney for a welcoming creative writing workshop exploring mental health, self reflection, and personal growth.
A published poet, speaker, artist, and advocate for neurodiversity, Courtney uses creativity to encourage understanding, connection, and self expression. Her work has appeared in publications including Steel Jackdaw, Poetic Edge Publishers, Worcestershire LitFest, and Writing East Midlands.
Through a series of guided writing exercises, participants will explore themes of hope, resilience, and wellbeing. The workshop will include reflective prompts, creative storytelling, and opportunities to share work in a supportive environment.
Suitable for all levels of experience, this workshop offers a chance to write, reflect, and gain new perspectives through the power of words.
