Enfield FEASTS! with Urvashi Roe

Join Urvashi for a one off supper club celebrating the food, traditions and sheer exuberance of an Indian Wedding. More than just dinner or an ordinary supperclub experience, this is a chance to experience the joy of Indian wedding food, colourful dishes, vibrant music and stories woven through every course. The menu will showcase seasonal vegetables from Forty Hall Farm, alongside family inspired recipes that capture the spirit of celebration. Between courses, diners will have the opportunity to try henna art, drape a sari and immerse themselves in some of the traditions that make Indian weddings so memorable. Come hungry, bring your curiosity and settle in for an evening of bold flavours, shared plates and joyful abundance. Dress Code: Wedding Glam Menu 6.30pm Masala Khakra A wholewheat, poppadom like snack topped with tomatoes and onions Allergens Wheat Pani Puri Mini, crispy hollow flatbreads filled with spiced water, potatoes, chickpeas and chutneys. Allergens Wheat 7.00pm onwards Green Veg Bhel Puffed Rice with Forty Hall Farm Green Veg and Nasturtium and Green Chilli Chutney Gujarati Wedding Dhal Red lentils slowly simmered with onions, garlic and tomatoes and spiced with mustard seeds, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, star anise and red chilli Allergens Mustard Undhiyu A classic Gujarati wedding dish of root vegetables with beans and mixed vegetable dumplings Allergens Mustard, Wheat Rotli Wheat flatbreads Allergens Wheat Shrikhand A sweet and slightly tangy dessert made from strained yogurt and cream cheese flavoured with sugar, saffron and cardamom topped with slivered almonds. Please note that on this occasion we cannot cater for any dietary preferences so please be sure to check the menu before booking your ticket.
