This June, Southgate Opera returns to the stage with a thrilling new production of Georges Bizet’s Carmen, running from 17–20 June 2026 at Wyllyotts Theatre. Featuring a full orchestra and a cast of outstanding performers, Carmen is one of the world’s most beloved operas, packed with unforgettable music including the “Habanera”, the Toreador Song and the Flower Song. Combining passion, jealousy and tragedy, Bizet’s masterpiece promises an evening of powerful drama and soaring melodies that continues to captivate audiences worldwide.
