Looking to build strength, improve posture, and find balance? Our Pilates Session offers a full-body workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Focused on muscle toning and alignment, Pilates helps improve joint mobility while also providing a great way to relieve stress and tension.
Level: Suitable for all abilities, beginners welcome.
Equipment: Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat if possible.
