Venue: Dugdale Arts Centre
39 london road, London, en2 6ds, England,

The Goose and Mrs Frost is a family theatre show told with one performer, a giant pop up book and colourful paper puppets. It has a seasonal, winter theme drawing on traditional folk tales and is suitable for children age 3+ and their families. Mrs Holly Frost lives with her goose keeping an eye on the world below. When she bakes the sun shines, when she hangs up her washing it rains and when she shakes out her bedding soft feathery snowflakes fall, covering the earth in a blanket of snow. From crisp white paper pages to bright colourful pop up scenes this show is full of live action and puppetry combined with beautifully illustrated paper theatre, a sprinkling of magic and a specially composed soundtrack to tell a heart warming story about the changes in the seasons, working together to make amends and the transformative power of kindness. The creator and performer, Zannie Fraser, brings her own unique style of visual theatre mixed with humour and playfulness to create magical and surprising images which accompany her witty and engaging performance making shows that are accessible to a wide range of ages and abilities. Over the past 20 years, she has produced a distinctive and high quality body of work; beautiful and engaging shows for family audiences that create a sense of fun and wonder for audiences both locally and internationally. This is a flat pack production that can set up quickly and simply in any space. The show lasts 50 minutes and is intimate in style, ideally suited to an audience of around 80-120 people.
