Enfield COVID-19 Day of Reflection

Enfield COVID-19 Day of Reflection - Sunday 8th March 2026 - please come along. The President of the Enfield & District Soroptimists has been in touch to let us know about a special event taking place next month at the Enfield Living Memorial in Enfield Town Park. The event will prepare to mark another anniversary of the pandemic - a moment to pause, remember and reflect on those we lost, and the impact COVID-19 had on families across our borough. The event will take place from 3.00pm – 4.00pm and will include: 🌳 The replacement of one of the memorial trees 📝 A children’s poetry competition winner reciting their poem 🕊️ A two-minute silence to honour those who passed 💚 A chance for the community to gather quietly together The Enfield Living Memorial was created as a lasting tribute to local lives lost, and this annual moment of reflection offers space for remembrance, unity and hope.
