The Enfield Grief Cafe

A gentle space in Enfield for anyone carrying grief Grief can feel isolating. Sometimes you don’t need fixing, advice or answers — just a room where you don’t have to explain yourself. The Enfield Grief Cafe is taking place: 📅 Saturday 14th March 2026 🕥 10.30am – 12pm (drop in at any point) 📍 Dugdale Arts Centre, Enfield Town There is no fee and no booking required. This isn’t a therapy session. There’s no pressure to speak. You can simply sit with others who understand loss — whether your grief is recent or something you’ve carried for years.
