Resistance Comedy Presents: FUNNY @ DAC (Live Standup Comedy)

Funny @ DAC returns to Dugdale Arts Centre on Saturday 28 March, marking Resistance Comedy’s first Dugdale show of 2026. Following a sold-out Jingle Bell Funny at Dugdale, Resistance Comedy brings another strong night of live stand-up to its Enfield home venue, continuing its run of popular comedy nights with professional performers from across the UK circuit. Resistance Comedy is an independent, Enfield-based comedy brand known for delivering high-quality live stand-up with a focus on great audiences and consistently strong line-ups. Headlining the evening is Dane Baptiste, an Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee and one of the UK’s most recognisable stand-up comedians. Dane has appeared on Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, Frankie Boyle’s New World Order and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, and has performed multiple sell-out shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The night will be hosted by Lateef Lovejoy, a highly experienced MC who has appeared on Comedy Central Live, Netflix and BBC Radio, and regularly hosts shows at venues including Backyard Comedy Club and Top Secret Comedy Club.
