Gemelli Rise
Gemelli Rise - Sensory Support for Children & Adults
Helping children and adults feel calmer, more confident and better equipped to manage everyday life.
Does your child struggle with noisy classrooms, emotional outbursts, concentration, anxiety or feeling overwhelmed?
Perhaps you’re an adult experiencing burnout, brain fog, chronic stress or sensory overload?
At Gemelli Rise, founder Giulia offers personalised sensory-based programmes designed to support children and adults who find aspects of everyday life challenging.
Meet Giulia - the person behind Gemelli Rise
Giulia’s journey began with her own family.
Growing up with dyslexia, she understood what it felt like to struggle in environments that didn’t always suit the way she learned.
When her own children experienced neurodivergent and sensory challenges, she began searching for ways to support them beyond receiving a diagnosis.
After exploring sensory therapies and seeing positive changes in her own family’s experiences, Giulia trained with the Sound Learning Centre and founded Gemelli Rise to help others explore similar approaches.
How could Gemelli Rise support your child?
Some children find everyday situations particularly challenging, including:
* Noisy classrooms and busy environments
* Big emotions, meltdowns or feeling overwhelmed
* Difficulty concentrating or learning
* Sensitivity to sounds, lights or touch
* Anxiety around school or social situations
* Challenges with confidence and emotional regulation
The aim? To support children in feeling calmer, more connected, confident and better able to participate in everyday activities.
What about adults?
Sensory challenges aren’t just something children experience.
Gemelli Rise also works with adults who may be experiencing:
* Burnout and chronic stress
* Brain fog and difficulty concentrating
* Sensory exhaustion
* Feeling overwhelmed in busy environments
* Anxiety and emotional fatigue
* The exhaustion of constantly masking or adapting to fit in
The aim? To support greater clarity, focus, emotional regulation and everyday wellbeing.
What does Gemelli Rise actually offer?
Giulia uses three main sensory-based approaches:
🎧 Sound therapy (AIT) - A structured listening programme using specially filtered music, intended to support auditory and sensory processing.
💡 Light therapy (LWS) - A programme using controlled light stimulation, intended to support visual and sensory processing.
🌱 Developmental programmes - Gentle movement-based activities designed to support coordination, balance and development.
Programmes are personalised following an assessment to understand each individual’s needs.
You don’t need a diagnosis to have a conversation.
Whether you’re concerned about your child’s sensory challenges or you’re an adult looking for additional wellbeing support, Giulia welcomes enquiries from people who want to understand more about the approaches she offers.
