Sessions and events may include Reiki, Rahanni (5th-dimensional heart-based healing), Shamanic healing, sacred sound baths, meditation, chakra cleansing, and energy balancing. Sound healing experiences feature gongs, Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drumming, and other sacred instruments to promote deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
