Triggs Jewellery Workshop 5 Lauren and Gavin always go above and beyond ordinary customer service. I have had a few repairs done, one of which was a tricky ring being resized for my daughter in law, who was delighted with it, especially after being told by a Spanish jeweller it was impossible to do! Any piece of jewellery we have bought always gets complemented on. Sadly I made a mistake recently by having a watch battery replaced when I was away and it was the wrong battery, Gavin had to rescue my watch, so I won’t be going elsewhere again.

Ring 5 My mum had my nans engagement ring who was born 1900 died at 102 and the diamond was missing also the clasps were worn and triggs took it and the ring is like new now really happy with the outcome highly recommend there service thank you

Two rings 5 Just received back my wife's two rings (wedding & engagement) which are both over 50 years old, which Triggs has resized and done some repair work on the claws around the diamond cluster. What a brilliant job he has had done on both rings, but especially the engagement ring, which looks brand new. 'Outstanding' workmanship and 'Highly' recommended without hesitation. Thank you.

ring repair 5 I am delighted with the work that Triggs did for me with my engagement ring. It is an antique ring that was showing signs of wear and tear and had been badly altered in the past. The team came to my house to assess the ring and delivered it back to my door two weeks later. The work they did is exceptional, the ring looks better than it ever did before with a new band and restored plating around the stone. I am so happy with it - thank you

Gold watch alteration 5 Lauren and Gavin came to me on Tuesday to measure and pick up my watch. They made an appointment to come back again Thursday to deliver my adjusted watch. They are punctual, meticulous and my watch fits perfectly. Thanks to you both for giving mums watch a new lease of life 😊

Excellent service from start to finish 5 Lauren and Gavin are such a lovely couple. I wanted my very old engagement ring enlarged and cleaned/maintained. They listened to my needs and made suggestions. They hand delivered it back to me and it put a smile on my face. Highly recommended.
