Great from start to finish 5 Baker & Chase has been great from start to finish, especially Kieran - our agent. He has offered a continuous support and made sure we are updated on the selling process in a timely manner. We had a difficult Buyer, but Kieran managed to overcome all the challenges and smooth the whole process, so we all parties are happy.

Kieran is an absolute star 5 Kieran is an absolute star. 💯 he goes over and beyond and he cares. Not alot of estate agent will go that far. He kept me and family informed. He is truly amazing and worth a pay rise. If it wasn't for Kieran care and knowledge we would of lost our lovely house. Baker and Chase have truly amazing staff that care and keep you in the knowledge. If we had to sell again I would definitely leave it to Kieran. Thank you so much Kieran for all the care you showed me and my mum and you kept us informed as you worked above and beyond. Best staff member ever. 👌

Highly recommend 5 My partner and I were searching for a house in Enfield and came across several estate agents during the process. Senel from Baker and Chase truly stood out to us. He embodied everything you’d hope for in an agent- professional, dedicated, honest and focused on providing an excellent service. When we finally found our property, we both said how we wished it had been through Senel, as we would have much preferred dealing with him throughout. Although we ultimately bought elsewhere, if we ever decide to sell or buy (again), Senel will be the first person we call. Highly recommend!!

5 Stewart from Baker and Chase visited my house on Friday to give a valuation and by early Monday professionally taken photos and expertly written details of my property were displayed on various websites. Immediate viewings were arranged and within 6 days I received an offer which I accepted. Throughout the process I was given regular progress updates and the buyer and solicitors were continually chased to ensure my preferred completion date was achieved. Throughout the process Stewart kept me fully and regularly informed of developments. He was very proactive in setting up viewings and attracting potential buyers.
