Coached him 5Star review I liked working with Liz because she listened to me and let me finish talking. She didn’t tell me what to do, but she helped me to find good ways to be calm.

Coached her son 5Star review My 11 year old son struggled a lot with lockdown and had trouble managing his emotions, in particular, anger. Working with Liz has enabled him to recognise and use the tools available to help him identify when he is starting to lose control of his emotions. He is now able to pause, reflect and formulate an calmer response to potentially explosive situations. Thank you Liz - we are really grateful for your expertise, patience and guidance.

Coached him 5Star review Liz has brought strategies out of me that I didn't know that I had and has also given me strategies to help with my situation. I now get angry less and am able to control my anger more when I do.

Coaching her daughter 5Star review My daughter worked with Liz this Autumn as she was struggling with friendship issues and a poor sleep pattern. The sessions with Liz were very valuable for her to find ways of managing the issues she had, she appears to be coping much better at school and is more able to articulate her emotions and able to be calmer in stressful situations . Thank you Liz.

5Star review I began working with Liz after noticing that I was feeling very anxious as a result of school pressures. I was very guarded before Liz, and Liz allowed me to express myself and feel more comfortable. This had a knock-on effect, allowing me to open up to my parents about my anxiety and how it was affecting me. Liz's sessions were extremely beneficial in helping me figure out how to manage my time and the high expectations I have for myself. Liz helped me become more self-aware and we created some useful coping strategies that I have incorporated into my daily routine, allowing me to deal with stressful situations better. Thank you, Liz.
