Enfield Town Club has a lovely nostalgic feel, but it is also very much a living, welcoming community space. Julie and Sue are wonderful hosts, and the club has that rare “home away from home” atmosphere that makes people feel comfortable as soon as they walk in.
The club offers a range of facilities, from social spaces and games to rooms available for hire. Whether you are planning a birthday, family gathering, private celebration, meeting or community event, it is a useful local venue to know about.
For anyone who has never been inside, next Saturday is the perfect opportunity to have a look around.
On Saturday 29th August from 1pm, Enfield Town Club is holding a Family Fun Open Day, and everyone is welcome to come along.
There will be a BBQ, a friendly bowls competition with free tuition, music on the lawn in the afternoon with The Retro’s, a raffle, JJ’s pop-up cocktail bar and live music in the evening with Paige.
It is a chance to meet the people behind the club, enjoy a relaxed afternoon and discover a local space that has so much to offer.
At a time when local places to gather really matter, Enfield Town Club is a reminder of how important community spaces are. Places where people can meet, talk, celebrate, make memories and feel part of something local.
Good times, great people and a proper Enfield community feel.
