Remembrance Sunday Across Enfield
Each year, Remembrance Sunday brings communities together in a shared moment of reflection and gratitude.
From those who served during the First and Second World Wars to those who have lost their lives in more recent conflicts, the commemorations provide an opportunity to ensure their courage and sacrifice are never forgotten.

A Time to Remember, Together
Enfield Council’s Cabinet Member for Communications and Customer Services and Armed Forces Champion, Cllr Andrew Thorp, has encouraged residents to attend the commemorations and join the Royal British Legion, serving personnel, veterans and local communities in remembrance.
At Love Your Doorstep, we know how important these occasions are in bringing people together across our borough.
Whether you have a personal connection to the Armed Forces, wish to honour a loved one or simply want to show your respect, everyone is welcome to take part.
It’s also an opportunity for younger generations to learn about the sacrifices made by those who came before us and understand why remembrance remains so important today.
We encourage our community to attend one of the services, wear a poppy if they wish, and take a moment to remember.
We will remember them.
Lest we forget.
